Personal Statement
I am a research assistant working for GeneMill developing software tools with the aim to improve the integration of automated technology in synthetic biology. During my time, I have created a number of applications that are used in day to day operations, including Leaf LIMS, a laboratory information management system that is in use both within GeneMill and other universities.

I have previously worked in the Integrative Genomics of Ageing group developing and improving databases of ageing information.
