Personal Statement
I line manage the Academy Administration Team, covering Organisational Development/Academic Development. Management of the Academy Budget, processing of all budget transactions. Produce KPI data and Evaluation Stats for Obligatory/Role Related Training and Leadership Programmes offered by Organisational Development. I am the Lead for the Training Module within the Core system, work with other departments to train them up to use the system/offer support for their training courses. Provide MI information for departments on request mainly around Obligatory Training Completions/Non-Completion. I have worked in the University since 2000, spending 5 and a half years with the Student Recruitment Team and then I moved to Human Resources in 2005 and have progressed within my role throughout this time in Organisational Development (The Academy).
