ABOUT
Personal Statement
I'm a lecturer in the department of Health Data Science. I obtained my PhD in Statistics from Imperial College London, then held a post-doc position at the Wellcome Centre for Human Genetics (University of Oxford), before joining the department as a tenure track fellow in 2016.
My research focuses on statistical genetics and developing methodology for the analysis of genetic data. A particular interest is in the analysis of immune repertoire sequencing data. I'm also interested in applying machine learning techniques to complex (often genetic) datasets and ensuring that results are interpretable.
