Personal Statement
Dr Rawsthorne qualified at the University of Leeds and followed this with GP training in Bradford West Yorkshire. She worked in New Zealand in the 90s as a GP and then returned to the UK and has subsequently worked clinically as a GP partner in two practices in Merseyside , one semi rural and the other in a deprived area for 15 years.
She currently works 3 days a week in the School of Medicine as a Community Clinical Tutor and Community Clinical Tutor Operations Lead and 1 day per week in General Practice in Merseyside.
