Personal Statement
I lead the ULMS Careers and Employability Team, setting strategic direction and overseeing the design and delivery of the School’s Employability Strategy. Managing a team of 12, I ensure high‑quality provision across career guidance, employability programmes and work‑related learning. My role encompasses strategic oversight of the full employability portfolio across UG, PG and Year in Industry provision, including contributions to new programme development and integration of career‑focused learning within both curricula and extra-curricular options. I work collaboratively across ULMS and the wider University to enhance the student experience, contributing to committees, steering groups and institutional working groups. I lead the ULMS Enhance Programme—a strategic, cross‑School initiative offering tailored support and career-focussed support through unique partnerships that strengthen postgraduate employability.
