Personal Statement
I am a Chemical Engineer with a Masters degree in Biotechnology and a PhD in Tissue Engineering. I have spent many years working alongside clinicians and engineers to develop novel medical devices and Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products to treat diseases of the eye and skin.
I am currently the manager for the Person-Centred Complex Care and Health & Care Across the Life Course theme on the Applied Research Collaboration North West Coast.
My role oversees the effective and efficient review, management and funding of a large portfolio of applied research.
