ABOUT

Personal Statement
I am an interdisciplinary researcher bridging the fields of Chemistry and Computer Science.
In Liverpool, I served as a theme lead at the Leverhulme research centre for functional materials design for four years. Currently, I hold the position of a lecturer in Computer Science.
Throughout my career, I have been affiliated with the Departments of Mathematics, Computer Science, and Chemistry. For additional information, please visit my personal webpage.

Research Overview
My research focuses on material discovery through the lens of computer science. I work on optimisation algorithms and machine learning approaches to accelerate workflows and help to address global challenges through technology. My broader theory interests cover algorithmic, complexity and combinatorial questions about discrete structures including graphs, automata, matrices, strings, codes and groups.
