ABOUT

Personal Statement
I completed by DPhil in knot theory (geometric topology) at the University of Oxford in 2012, and then worked as a postdoc in Montreal. Since returning to the UK, I decided to focus primarily on teaching. I joined the University of Liverpool as a T&S lecturer in January 2019.

My main interests lie in the use of non-traditional methods for effective undergraduate mathematics teaching, assessment and student support, with an emphasis on using digital resources. In particular, I have a number of years' experience of utilising the Möbius platform, employing a range of different approaches.
