Personal Statement
James graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2015. After 3 years in small animal practice in Hampshire and Bournemouth, he completed a rotating internship at Southern Counties Veterinary Specialists in May 2019. James returned to the SATH in December 2019 to start his residency in small animal internal medicine. He achieved Diplomate status in the European College of Veterinary Internal Medicine - Companion Animals, in the subspecialty of Internal Medicine in April 2024. James has been a lecturer in Internal Medicine at the SATH ever since. He has a particular interest in interventional radiology and is the resident lead helping to support the residents at the SATH through their residencies.
