Personal Statement
I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Signal Processing Group, working with Prof. Jason F. Ralph and Prof. Simon Maskell. My research focuses on applying Bayesian state estimation techniques to multi-sensor inertial navigation and to target tracking across a range of domains, including underwater surveillance and space situational awareness.

Before joining the University of Liverpool, I worked on radar resource management at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. I completed my Ph.D. in electrical engineering jointly at Heriot-Watt University and the University of Edinburgh in 2020. My thesis, Decision making under uncertainty with Bayesian filters, focused on computing higher-order statistics to support threat assessment and impact evaluation in multi-target tracking scenarios.

My research interests lie in adapting Bayesian inference algorithms to practical problems, with a focus on how uncertain information can be used effectively to support decision making.
