Personal Statement
I am a Lecturer in Economics at the University of Liverpool Management School. I completed my PhD at the Toulouse School of Economics in 2021. I am an empirical microeconomist working in Organizational Economics. My research interests lie at the intersection of personnel economics, the economics of digitization, and behavioural economics. I study incentive structures and information flows in organizations and online communities, making use of structural and reduced-form econometrics models, as well as tools from machine learning for data processing and information extraction.

Research Overview
My research contributes to the literature on Organizational Economics and the Digital Economy.

I am very interested to open collaborations with the corporate sector to understand inefficiencies and design organizational improvements.

- Improvement of information flows and communication
- Design and evaluation of incentive contracts
- Use of digital technologies
- Platform design
- Improve interaction with voluntary contributors (online communities, recommender and review systems, etc.)
- Digital innovation
