Personal Statement
Academic Background:
I studied both a BSc Psychology with Counselling and MSc Applied Social and Political Psychology at Keele University. However, having experiences in Unity and C# led me to combine my interests of programming and Psychology to pursue a PhD in Virtual Reality Psychology here at the University of Liverpool

Role at the University:
As a lecturer, I teach on a range of undergraduate modules, including the third year Cyberpsychology module, as well as tutorials on the Research Methods and Statistics module

Research Expertise:
My research focuses on the uses that Virtual Reality (VR) can have on improving peoples ability to learn new information. More specifically, my thesis investigates whether VR can be used to enhance learning outcomes through the manipulation of various sensory stimuli. This includes visual, auditory and tactile (touch) information
