Personal Statement
Ruomei is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Strategic Management at the University of Liverpool Management School. She gained her PhD degree from Newcastle University Business School.

Her research draws upon insights from organization theory, social theory, and process studies. She conducts research on elite power, ethics, and organizational change in the non-profit sector.

Ruomei currently serves as the Deputy Director of the BA International Business programme. She is also a member of the ULMS Ethics Committee.
