ABOUT

Personal Statement
Francesca qualified from Liverpool University School of Veterinary Science in 2018. She spent a few years in private small animal practice in the Midlands and Cheshire, including in first opinion, hospitals and emergency and critical care roles. In 2022, she joined the Small Animal Teaching Hospital as an anaesthesia intern and began her Residency in May 2023. Her main interests lie in perioperative analgesia, especially in the variety of species she looks after in her residency including horses and farm animals, and critical care patients. She enjoys teaching and supporting undergraduate veterinary students on their rotations in anaesthesia.
