ABOUT

Personal Statement
Annie graduated with a BSc(Hons) degree in Bioveterinary Science from the University of Chester in 2021. She went on to be employed by the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) in Surrey working in the CL3 and CL4 Animal Science unit, supporting multi-species in-vivo models.

Annie joined the University of Liverpool working for the Antimicrobial Pharmacodynamics and Therapeutics team in 2022, contributing to the development of novel therapeutic approaches targeting AMR through PK-PD research. Now a Senior Research Technician in the Antimicrobials for Global Health team, Annie is experienced in running complex in-vitro and in-vivo models for drug development, deciphering optimised dosing regimens and investigating the emergence of resistance.
