Personal Statement
Xiangshang is a Lecturer in Finance at the University of Liverpool. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Manchester. Xiangshang previously held an appointment as a Lecturer at the University of Essex (2020-2023). His research interest includes corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate innovations and patents, and environmental/social/governance (ESG) risks. His research papers have been published in reputable international journals such as Management Science and the Journal of Corporate Finance. He has completed the professional level of the ACCA examinations.
