Personal Statement
My name is Georgios Birmpas and I am currently a Lecturer at the School of Computer Science and Informatics of University of Liverpool. Previously, I worked as a Postdoc researcher at Sapienza University of Rome, hosted by Professor Stefano Leonardi, and as a Research Associate at University of Oxford, hosted by Professor Edith Elkind and Professor Elias Koutsoupias.


I got my Ph.D. from Athens University of Economics and Business, where my supervisor was Professor Vangelis Markakis.
