Personal Statement
Lizzie graduated from the University of Bristol in 2020. Lizzie then completed an 18-month internship at a referral hospital in the Southwest before spending time in equine ambulatory practice. In February 2023, Lizzie then completed a medicine fellowship in Ireland working in neonatal ICU.
Lizzie started her Internal Medicine residency at the University of Liverpool in 2023. She has completed a certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice and is working towards a designated Certificate in Equine Medicine.
In her spare time, Lizzie enjoys eventing and exploring the countryside with her labrador.

Research Overview
Currently undertaking research into short and long term survival outcomes in horses diagnosed with peritonitis.
