Personal Statement
Shenghao's research focuses on two areas: (1) supply chain digitalisation (e.g., blockchain technology), and (2) sustainable supply chains, particularly in the context of multi-tier sustainable supply chains, and the circular economy. His research papers have been published in interdisciplinary and 'OPS&TECH' journals. He serves as an editorial board member of IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management and an ad-hoc reviewer for several journals related to these research areas.

During his PhD at the University of Southampton, Shenghao explored the research topics of 'blockchain technology', 'sustainable supply chain', 'circular economy and recycling'. Prior to hisPhD studies, he obtained a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management from the University of Plymouth.
