Personal Statement
Currently, I am working as a Lecturer in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the university of Liverpool, a position I have held since July 2024. Prior to this appointment, I served as a postdoctoral research associate at the University of Liverpool, the University of Glasgow and Texas A&M University at Qatar campus from Jan-July 2024, Nov 2021-Dec 2023, Sept 2018- Oct 2021, respectively. I earned a Ph.D. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Indore (IITI), India, in November 2017, with thesis focused on studies on heat transfer in microchannels. Prior to that, I completed a Master of Technology in Heat Power Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Nagpur, India, in 2011.
My research primarily focuses on heat transfer and its applications for heating, cooling and energy storage using experimental, numerical and theoretical analysis.

Research Overview

My research is mainly focus on understanding of fundamentals of heat transfer associated with energy system and transfer it to the system level. My research approach emphasises on experimentation along with numerical and theoretical modelling.
