Personal Statement
Yonghui Chen joined the OSCM Group as a Tenure Track Fellow in September 2024. He was previously a postdoctoral researcher at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the Southern University of Science and Technology, following the completion of his PhD from Sun Yat-sen University in 2020. His core research area is the digital transformation of supply chains, with a focus on the implications of data technologies for operational decision-making. His work has been accepted for publication or is under revision in leading journals, including Production and Operations Management, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, and Omega.
