Personal Statement
I am a Senior Data Scientist at the Computational Biology Facility, part of Liverpool Shared Research Facilities. I perform biomedical data analysis for our academic and industry collaborators, and teach on the CBF's short courses. My research interests include methods of robustly identifying biomarkers of disease and drug-induced organ injury, and longitudinal modelling of omics data. I previously completed my PhD and postdoc at the University of Liverpool, focusing on drug resistance and the tumour microenvironment in pancreatic cancer.
