Personal Statement
Ik Shin Chin was appointed as Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Liverpool and Honorary Consultant in Medical Oncology at the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre with an interest in early phase trials and head and neck cancer.

She completed her PhD, "Genetic factors predisposing towards immunotherapy and chemotherapy toxicity" at the University of Birmingham funded by the Cancer Research UK Clinical PhD Fellowship. Her main research interests include immuno-oncology, cancer vaccines and biomarker development.
