Personal Statement
As a geophysicist and seismologist, my research focuses on unraveling the mechanical behavior of earthquakes, with a particular emphasis on fault initiation and maturation. Currently, I work in a rock deformation laboratory, where I conduct experiments using tri-axial apparatus and acoustic emission recording to explore the physical processes governing seismic events.

I am passionate about integrating cutting-edge technologies and innovative methods to enhance data processing and analysis. My work increasingly incorporates deep learning and data science techniques to improve the efficiency and accuracy of seismic research, bridging traditional geophysics/seismology method and laboratory field.
