Personal Statement
I am a social scientist in global health with a keen interest in health systems strengthening, health services research and implementation science. I have more than 15 years’ experience in global health research as a mixed methods researcher. My implementation research has enabled me to live and work across Asia (China, The Philippines), Africa (Ethiopia), and Europe (Germany and United Kingdom). My research interests include global mental health, community health systems strengthening, global health research systems, research capacity strengthening, developing and evaluating health interventions.
