ABOUT

Personal Statement
I am a Lecturer in Work, Organisation, and Management at the University of Liverpool Management School (ULMS). Prior to this, while carrying out my PhD at the Manchester Metropolitan University Business School, I held the role of Tutor in the People and Performance department and Associate Researcher in the Centre for Decent Work and Productivity. Stemming from my experience of working with aspiring Olympians at England Handball and British Youth Sailing, as well as people from "all works of life" through Occupational Health and Well-being, at the heart of my research and teaching lies the question of how we can get the best from people by learning what works best for them.
