ABOUT

Personal Statement
I am a Lecturer in Evidence Synthesis at the Department of Health Data Science, University of Liverpool, specialising in applied health research and various evidence synthesis methodologies, including complex reviews, network meta-analysis, individual participant data (IPD) meta-analysis, and prognosis review.

I also have experience across a broad range of health services research methodologies, including randomised controlled trials (RCTs), prognosis research, and evaluability assessment.

My current research interests focus on the use and misuse of artificial intelligence (AI) in evidence synthesis, as well as methodological research to advance evidence synthesis practices.

I welcome enquiries from prospective PhD students interested in applying or developing innovative approaches to evidence synthesis.
