ABOUT

Personal Statement
I am a quantum computational chemist at the University of Liverpool. I received my DPhil from the University of Oxford in 2023, where I investigated the photo-excitation pathways of linear polyenes using Density Matrix Renormalisation Group (DMRG) techniques. I then joined the STFC Hartree Centre as a Quantum Software Engineer, working on a range of projects on developing and deploying quantum computing algorithms for industry-relevant research problems in chemistry. In September 2026, I joined the Department of Chemistry at the University of Liverpool as a tenure-track fellow.
