ABOUT

Personal Statement
I am a DAAD Lecturer at the University of Liverpool, where I am also module convener and academic advisor. My teaching is shaped by my own experience of studying and working across Germany, France and Spain, and I am committed to helping students make the most of an international, intercultural university experience.

I graduated from the Universität Regensburg, the Université Clermont-Auvergne and the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where I also taught German. Before joining the University of Liverpool, I worked in international higher education at Goethe University Frankfurt.

My research explores the impact of classism in education and the arts, and I have published on classism in high culture, including a comparative study of Germany and France. Klassismus in Deutschland und Frankreich: Ein Vergleich der Situation in der hohen Kunst und Kultur beider Länder

I speak German, Polish, French, English and Spanish, and I am currently learning Portuguese.
