Research Interests
My research interests lie in the regulation of intracellular signalling pathways by secreted proteins, and how these signalling events impact on cell fate. I am also interested in the effects of post-translational modifications on protein function. My current work focuses on the role of neutrophil elastase in the pathology of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
