Personal Statement
I am a Senior Lecturer in Econometrics at the University of Liverpool Management School. I hold a Master degree in Finance and PhD in Economics. I am also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. My research interests are in the area of econometrics modelling and forecasting, time series analysis, financial econometrics. I am also interested in cross-disciplinary research such as statistics modelling in medical and public health to deal with challenging issues. I was a Visiting Research Fellow of the Business School at Imperial College London. My publications appear in Journal of the Royal Statistical Society Series C, Journal of Time Series Analysis, Econometrics Journal, Journal of International Money and Finance, Oxford Bulletin of Business and Economics, Statistics in Medicine, Economics Letters, Bulletin of Economic Research and so on.
