ABOUT

Personal Statement
I obtained an MEng and an MSc degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Patras, Greece in 2013 and 2015, respectively, and a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Liverpool, UK, in 2020. My PhD research focused on relaxations for combinatorial optimisation problems for large-scale exploratory data analysis and visualisation.

My general research interests include machine learning, combinatorial data analysis, mathematical modelling and optimisation. In May 2020 I joined the group of Prof. A. I. Cooper as a postdoctoral research associate and my research involves developing machine learning theory and algorithms for new materials design.
