Personal Statement
I am a research fellow within the GroundsWell consortium in the Department of Public Health, Policy & Systems. My role in GroundsWell focuses on using collaborative, qualitative approaches to examine health inequalities related to Urban Green and Blue Space. I prioritise patient and public involvement and work that has the potential to influence policy and practice.

I was previously funded as a PhD student and research fellow in in the NIHR Health Protection Unit in GI infections where I completed a number of projects examining health inequalities in infectious diseases. I also have a research interest in the intersection between human and non-human animals, having trained and worked as a vet.
