ABOUT

Personal Statement
An enthusiastic and dedicated individual who has been working in the careers sector for over fifteen years. Along with excellent guidance skills I am able to deliver training, lead on projects and organise events and conferences.

Currently working as a Careers Adviser at the University of Liverpool Management School, I deliver a specialist career employment advice service to postgraduate students on taught Masters programmes.

I provided client focused guidance interviews and innovative webinars to students. I apply my knowledge and experience to support positive progression and transition. I have a passion for and an interest in the use of social media in careers works and place a high importance on student employability and widening participation.

My previous role of Development Manger at Careers Solutions involved delivering Career Education and Information, Advice and Guidance (CE IAG) training to a wide range of professionals. I also co-ordinated and organised conferences on behalf of Careers Solutions, schools and Local Authorities.

In my role at Connexions Salford I took the lead for marketing and was responsible for producing publicity material, writing press releases and delivering radio interviews.
