Personal Statement
My main research interests include appetite and neuroscience; particularly the neural and psychological mechanisms associated with taste, eating behaviours and obesity. I am interested in understanding the role of expectations, response inhibition and attentional brain processes associated with eating and reward and the role that psychological, behavioural and pharmaceutical weight-loss interventions play on adapting these.
