Personal Statement
I am a Chartered Psychologist (Research Route, British Psychological Society) with interdisciplinary interests in environmental psychology, science and technology studies (STS), and the environmental and medical humanities. I completed my Ph.D. in Public Health and Policy at the University of Liverpool. Prior to this, I had worked across the child and adult health and social care in various roles, including Assistant Clinical Psychologist (Alder Hey Children's Hospital) and as a support worker for a Liverpool based mental health care organisation.

I joined the Department of Geography and Planning in 2020 and work across disciplinary frameworks that include environmental psychology, environmental humanities, STS, and philosophy of science. My research broadly examines how physical and psychological health intersect with sociocultural, built, and natural environments.

Research interests include: Social and environmental psychology; Environmental and medical humanities; STS; Planetary health and climate change; Ethnography, participatory and arts-based methods; Narrative, storytelling, and the politics of representation; Geographies of the UK and the Caribbean.
